I hope everyone is happy and healthy and moving along!

Here’s what’s coming up for our running gang:

This Saturday, April 13th
WTRC Run for the Arts
8:00 a.m. 15k or 2 miles

** You must register by tomorrow, Wednesday, April 10 by 6:00 p.m. No race day registration.***

Saturday, April 20th
10:00 a.m.
A good ole fashioned run down the dirt road – any distance, any speed.
Meet at the Knapps – 5404 CR 7530

Down the road:
Oz is planning on participating in a unique event called “24 hours in the canyon.” It’s held at Palo Duro Canyon on June 1-2. Contact Oz if you want to join in (ffoz12a@yahoo.com).

And here’s what some endorfriends have been up to….

Cliff, Mike and Jack at the Loco Ocho last Saturday. They said it was a blast! I can’t wait to try this one next year.

Marti Greer trained Michael and Josh for the Miami Mile open water swim last weekend for Josh’s senior project. The training paid off and they kicked butt. Way to share the e-love, Marti!

As I hang out on my front porch a lot these days recuperating, I often see e-friends jogging by, the most frequent being…. MIKE BOWMAN. Mike logged 135 miles in March!! Wowza!
